How is wash and fold priced?
Wash and fold is charged by the pound. Your bag is weighed when it comes in, so you pay for what you actually bring rather than a flat fee.
Do you pick up from my home?
Pickup and delivery is available locally. Send us a message with your address and what you need collected, and we will confirm whether we can reach you and arrange the details.
Can my business set up an account?
Yes. We take commercial accounts for local businesses with ongoing laundry, such as towels, linens and uniforms. Tell us roughly what your volume looks like and we will follow up.
Can I use the machines myself?
You can. We have self-service machines on site, so you are welcome to come in and run your own wash and dry instead of dropping it with us.
What if something needs special handling?
Let us know when you drop off or when you book a pickup. Flag anything delicate, stained or separate and we will handle it accordingly.
